Simple Chicken Stir-Fry Recipe: Quick and Delicious

Ingredients

Gather chicken breast, bell peppers, broccoli, carrots, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, olive oil, and a pinch of salt for a tasty stir-fry.

Step-1

Chop bell peppers, broccoli, and carrots into bite-sized pieces. This ensures even cooking and a nice crunch in your stir-fry.

Step-2

Cut chicken breasts into thin strips or bite-sized pieces for quick cooking and easy incorporation into your stir-fry.

Step-3

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger. Adjust seasoning with a pinch of salt or additional soy sauce if needed.

Step-4

Add olive oil to a hot skillet or wok. Heat over medium-high heat until the oil is shimmering but not smoking.

Step-5

Add chicken to the hot pan and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

Step-6

In the same pan, add a bit more oil if needed. Stir-fry the vegetables for about 4-5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Step-7

Return the chicken to the pan with vegetables. Pour the prepared sauce over the mixture and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring well.

Step-8

Serve your chicken stir-fry hot over rice or noodles. Garnish with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
