It's unusual for a tight end to be as touted entering the NFL as Brock Bowers was. Pro Football
Focus has ranked the former Georgia star as one of the greatest tight end prospects since they began grading them.
It has not taken him long to live up to the hype, as he leads all tight ends in receptions (15) and receiving yards (156) after two games
The Las Vegas Raiders didn't need a tight end, but they couldn't pass up Bowers, and it's paying off big time.
Despite the fact that he has only played two games, many believe he will become an all-time great.
Even the renowned tight end Rob Gronkowski believes Bowers could have had a better career than he did
"I feel like he's on track to be better than myself," Gronkowski stated on the September 17 episode of "Up & Adams."
I don't think he can dominate in the trenches like I did, but as a pass-catching tight end, I believe he can outperform me in a variety of circumstances," he added
"He already has fifteen catches. In their first two games as a tight end, no rookie has ever scored more. I am a great fan. "I can't wait to keep watching him."
