During the Week 2 Sunday Night Football game between the Chicago Bears and the Houston Texans,

things became tense in the second half as tensions mounted on both sides.

The Texans couldn't finish the game, while the Bears offense failed to make plays that would have placed them ahead.

During the back-and-forth struggle, 21 penalties were called on each sides, totaling 175 yards.

However, the most serious wrongdoing was not reported on Sunday night.

In the midst of the third quarter, Bears rookie quarterback Caleb Williams was hit questionably late while scrambling out of the pocket toward the sideline by Texans defender Azeez Al-Shaair.

The late hit prompted a disturbance on the sideline, and after things calmed down, Al-Shaair was spotted punching Bears running back Roschon Johnson,

who appeared to be an innocent bystander. As a result, another brief skirmish ensued.
