He is coming off another successful season with the Phoenix Suns, where he helped Team USA capture the gold medal at the 2024 Olympics in Paris.
Durant is an avid NFL fan (particularly, the Washington Commanders).
The future Hall of Famer recently made a stunning statement regarding the Dallas Cowboys during an interview with Up & Adams.
Kay Adams said, "If you could get rid of one NFL franchise. Which team would you choose if you had the worst ache in your a**?"
Durant: "Cowboys are simple. I simply don't like them... The Cowboys are one team that I simply dislike.
I believe this is because many folks in my hometown of Washington, D.C., have turned Cowboys fans.
In my group of friends in Washington, D.C., Cowboys fans make up around 75%. I simply dislike how they don't stay faithful to the crib.
In addition to what Durant stated, the Cowboys are the Commanders' rivals.
