According to the website of the government auditor, Joe Burrow, quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals,
purchased a mansion in the suburb of Anderson Township for the price of $7.5 million during the summer of 2017.
This transaction was the most expensive home sale in Hamilton County during the previous year.
The transaction was reported by the real estate listing website known as Realtor.com, and it was confirmed by a local real estate agent who was not permitted to comment on the record.
In addition to his reputation for dismantling defenses with pinpoint throws, Burrow is also known for his adept navigation of the housing market
which allowed him to secure a deal on the more than 7,000 square foot property that was situated on three acres of ground and had a view of the Ohio River.
In the past, Burrow was the owner of a residence located in the Columbia Tusculum area of Cincinnati.
On a property that was formerly a horse ranch, his new residence features five bedrooms and seven bathrooms
According to various real estate websites, such as Zillow and Redfin, the property is believed to have a market worth of more than $8 million.
Burrow's timing on the purchase was as impeccable as one of his highlight-reel touchdown tosses to wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase. In addition to purchasing the property at a bargain, Burrow completed the purchase at the perfect moment.
