Ja Morant Makes Suspicious Tweet, Then Clarifies After Criticism

Even while away from the game for a year, Ja Morant's social media activity has never wavered. Recently, Morant's Twitter/X activities have been tugging at followers.

Morant's Tweet went viral with "Trigger" and a blue heart. It took little time for fans to link Morant's Tweet to his misdeeds of the past year.

This Morant post had people thinking he was back at it again. Morant then corrected his Tweet, calming social media. Perhaps Morant was referring to a loved one.

Morant has been through enough in his four-year NBA career.

He's won awards, been an All-Star twice, flipped the Grizzlies from a laughing stock to a fringe contender, and even outperformed almost every expectation he had coming into the NBA.

Coming off the floor and not having played since December, the Grizzlies and NBA don't want Morant to sit out any longer.

Morant is recovering well from his shoulder surgery, and he should be good to go by the next season.

On "Podcast P," hosted by Clippers player Paul George, Zach Randolph discussed how he met with Morant. Randolph said the former No. 2 pick is recovering well.
