Giants' Daniel Jones' ridiculous stats since 4-year, $160M deal

New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones alarmed fans after a poor performance against the Vikings on Sunday.

But Brian Daboll says he supports his player. As Bleacher Report noted on X, Jones has posted outrageous stats since signing a four-year, $160 million deal.

Since signing his 4-year, $160M deal, Daniel Jones has thrown three pick-sixes and two touchdowns.

The Giants signed Jones to the mega-deal in March 2023. Jones told nfl.com he loved New York after signing the agreement.

“I’ve enjoyed my time here and I want to be here,” Jones stated. I admire this organization, the Maras, Tisches, coaches, and players. Happy we reached an agreement.”

The 2023 NFL season saw Jones play six games, throwing two touchdowns and six interceptions. Two of those picks were defensive touchdowns gone bad.

Jones added to the mix Sunday by failing to throw a touchdown ball to the right team. Stats are accurate here.

Jones was in danger of losing his job after a 22-of-42 effort for 186 yards and two interceptions, five sacks, and another pick-six in the Week 1 Giants loss.
