Shilo missed the rest of Saturday's 28-10 loss against the Cornhuskers as he suffered an injury in the first quarter. Deion Sanders stated he didn't know "the extent of the injury,
" following the death, but on the NBC broadcast at halftime he mentioned his son had "a broken forearm or something like that."Returning to the sideline during the fourth quarter,
Shilo Sanders wore a sling. The forearm damage makes it uncertain how long he will be sidelined. He hurt trying to tackle Nebraska running back Dante Dowdell.
After graduating from Jackson State last year and then moving to Colorado to play for his father, Shilo is Colorado's top tackler last year and is in his last season of collegiate football.
