Cow's milk or non-dairy milk, such as coconut milk or oat milk, can be used to create a beautifully creamy texture, or you can personalize it to your liking.
In a high-speed blender or food processor, combine milk, pitted cherries, frozen bananas, Vegetable oil for deep-frying
frozen spinach, rolled oats, unsweetened cocoa powder, and honey to taste.
