A'ja Wilson and the defending champion Las Vegas Aces defeated Caitlin Clark and the Indiana Fever 78-74 on Friday night, completing the season sweep.
The Aces have now won six of their last seven games, peaking just as the WNBA playoffs approach.
Wilson extended her MVP run against the Fever, scoring 15 points and grabbing 17 rebounds.
Wilson now has 435 rebounds this season and is on track to beat the record established previously by Chicago Sky forward Angel Reese.
Reese set the WNBA record for most rebounds in a single season (446) in early September.
Wilson is 12 rebounds away from setting a new rebounding record.
With Reese's season-ending wrist injury announced last weekend, Wilson may very well outrebound Reese with three games remaining on the Aces' schedule.
Reese had the league's top rebounding average this season, with 13.1 per game.
